Therapeutic Associates Hazel Dell Physical Therapy is locally owned and directed providing that personal touch to your care. All staff are committed to on-going professional development and provide quality, one-on-one treatment. We specialize in othopedic physical therapy, pre- and post-surgical rehabilitation, and injuries sustained at work, home, or on the field. We measure our success through patient feedback and referrals.

Patients of all ages and abilities are welcome. Our staff are friendly and motivating partners in your recovery. Treatments are a constantly evolving variety of education, manual therapy, exercise, functional training, and modalities to reach your goals. We are conveniently located in the Northgate Village Shopping Center at the corner of 99th Street and Hazel Dell Avenue.

We strive to be a pillar of our community and actively supports the area school districts, sports/recreational teams, community events and fundraisers.
