Buyer Beware. Do not ship your packages through this UPS Store Franchise. I shipped an insured, signature delivery package through this UPS Store Franchise not realizing that this was an independent franchise of the UPS Store not UPS. They charged to put a few pieces of additional tape on the package. The package was supposedly picked up by UPS but never left Jacksonville. When I went into the store an Assistant Manager stated that all of their packages from July 4th were listed as fraud even though I mailed my package after that date. I was given misinformation about a fraud investigation and that I couldn’t file a claim until it was completed which was not true. Save your money and merchandise and go someplace else.
