The Residences on Forest Lane is an assisted living community in Montello, Wisconsin, with a legacy of providing the best senior living experience. Our welcoming and home-like environment promotes independence with friendly staff always nearby to help. We handle the details of daily living so you can focus on what’s important to you. We’re part of a larger continuum of care campus where our residents can find additional senior living and person-centered care services including inpatient and outpatient rehab therapy, skilled nursing, and long-term care. Home health services are also available so our residents can receive medical care right here in their homes.
