The Recovery Room is a performance-based physical therapy practice led by Kelly, who holds a PhD in Physical Therapy. We take a data-driven approach to injury prevention and recovery by evaluating how the body moves as a whole. Using VALD Performance Technology, we track progress objectively and assess symmetry in strength and range of motion to identify imbalances that can lead to injury. Our goal is to help clients move more efficiently, reduce injury risk, and build long-term resilience for everyday life and athletic performance.
