Rent has increased exponentially. It goes up every couple of months. When I first moved here at least a year ago, rent was around $600. There's now an added $75 fee for "water, trash, pest charges." Water used to be covered until what was Camelot Apartments changed management over to now we're called, The Park at Queens Court. Nothing royal about living here. Management is nice, and have always been good to me, fixing stuff around my apt that broke down often, but it's no longer worth it to live here. Used to be one of the most affordable places in Jackson, I just don't recommend it. There is also an added pet fee. One time that I know of, there was a stolen car at a building that was completely torched. Turns out some thugs brought it to this apartment complex to ditch. Police were notified, it was hauled away but ya. Stuff like that happens here.
