The Neighbors of Dunn County is a non-institutional nursing homes set on a beautiful campus at the southeast end of Menomonie, WI. Participating in the Medicare, Medicaid, VA, Wisconsin Family Care, and Hospice care programs, our campus consists of a neighborhood of homes providing resident-centered, resident-directed, skilled nursing, and rehabilitation services for our communities.
We follow the tradition of “Generations of Caring since 1892.” In October of 2013, we moved into our newly designed neighborhood facilities to replace the existing Dunn County Health Care Center.
