The M.A.C. is a 24 hour full service fitness center with several locations across the greater Cedar Rapids Area. We offer everything from a full aquatic center, weight room, personal training, group fitness classes, basketball and racquetball courts. All members will have full access to our Cafe and smoothie bar, daycare, and exceutive locker rooms.
