The Life Grove offers compassionate mental health counseling. We specialize in supporting individuals through therapy for anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, life transitions, trauma, and more. Our integrated therapeutic approach, including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Brainspotting, and couples counseling, aims to enhance an individual's emotional, mental, and physical well-being. Serving the communities of Goodlettsville, Hendersonville, White House, Madison, East Nashville, Old Hickory, Hermitage, Donelson, Germantown, Gallatin, Whites Creek, and Nolensville, TN, we are here to help you navigate life's challenges with care and expertise.

I celebrate, most days, being married to my husband John for 27 years. We are still raising our four beautiful and imperfect children (ages 13-22!), serving as their coach, counselor, and consultant. It makes sense, in light of the reality that they are being raised by intentional AND imperfect parents!
