The Landon Apartments

If I could give The Landon Estates 0 stars, I would.They were bought by S2 Park LLC within the past year and since then everything has gone downhill. They no longer use our leasing office so if you need to speak to them in person (because no one answers the phone) you have to go to their office on Riverbirch Dr. The entrance gate has been broken for months and is only being held up by rope. Our one dumpster overflows constantly so trash collects everywhere. Speaking of trash, it's also everywhere within the complex. Maintenance doesn't offer much help in containing the trash within the walkways. The maintenance team regularly changes but all love to park in the marked handicap spaces, so think twice before moving here if you have a disabilty that prevents you from walking. Building 1635 also has foundation problems that they refuse to take care of. Many apartments show signs of foundation shifting which include cracks in the walls, and cracks in the flooring. Building 1635 also currently has oil spilled everywhere down the stairwells from the third level to the first. Management has been notified but they still have yet to acknowledge it, so if you like oil being tracked into your home this is the place for you. Another thing to note, if a fire ever happened here you wouldn't have access to a fire extinguisher because all of them are expired and haven't been checked since 2020. The Landon Apartments may be nicer because it's what they advertise the most but The landon Estates which is another property they own is horrible with lots of housing code violations.
