She served as an Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology at the Bascom Palmer Eye Institute for three years as a member of the Oculoplastics department.In 2012 she returned to her native Southern California to be closer to her family and open her practice. She is a member of numerous societies, including the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the California Medical Association, and the Riverside County Medical Association.
