Having previously worked in the retail and self-storage industry, her customer service and people-skills, while being bilingual are areas in which she shines the most. Apart from this, she is a Highest Honors graduate from Miami Dade College in Mass Communications and Journalism, that together with her family background in Law, has joined both worlds into the areas of Administrative Specialist here at The Estate Plan.

Nicole Rodriguez is a Florida native with over a decade of experience in Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Administration. Nicole has a Bachelors of Science degree in Paralegal Studies and is a Florida Registered Paralegal.

In simplified terms, probate is the court supervised process that resolves any debts that the decedent might have and distributes the assets to the named beneficiaries or rightful heirs. The Florida probate court is guided by the Florida Probate Rules and Florida Probate code, found in chapters 731 through 735 of the Florida Statutes.
