The Marina is the heart of the resort; guests often meet other guests here and become life-long friends. Social hour is every hour as guests wait for boats to return with their catches and colorful fish stories. Located on a deep-water channel with protected dockage, our marina features a gentle-slope boat ramp for easy boat launching. Guests spend hours enjoying the marina activities under shaded Tiki huts, lounges and comfortable chairs.

Stretching more than 450 feet offshore, our fishing pier is one of the longest in the Florida Keys. Catch record-taking bonefish, tarpon, snook and sharks from our fishing pier. Phil can even provide you with GPS numbers to help ensure that you return to the docks with a full catch.

From swimming and snorkeling to deep-wreck diving, you'll enjoy the inviting 80-degree water. 100-foot visibility is common on reef dives. Less than a mile off shore, exquisite shallow-water coral gardens beckon out your front door. Live coral, tropical fish and sea fans can be seen from the surface.

The Caribbean Resort is the perfect private retreat for any destination occasion.
