The Baldwin Group (formerly Russ Blakely & Associates (RBA)) is a cohesive group of experts in business insurance, employee benefits, retirement planning, and all areas of private and personal insurance. Established in 1982 in Chattanooga, TN, RBA grew its strong reputation before merging with Trinity Benefit Advisors (Trinity) of Knoxville in 2017, forming Tennessee’s largest independent advisory agency.

In 2020, Trinity/RBA partnered with The Baldwin Group, headquartered in Tampa, FL, to expand offerings and geographic reach nationwide. Baldwin Southeast now supports over 1,200 clients, from small businesses to large public and private entities, offering expert consulting and brokerage in employee benefits and commercial risk management.
