I am presenting this character reference of Chris Hall feeling both honored and privileged. Honored because there are few people that I hold in as high regard as her and privileged because it may be a long time before I am asked to give another reference for someone as deserving of being uplifted and recognized as she is.

She's very organized and prepared. During meetings it was easy to see she was prepared to discuss the services. In fact, her preparedness was a significant factor in how productive meetings were.
