Jennifer Martello, DNP, APRN, FNP-C, is a distinguished board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), credentialed by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Ms. Martello earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 1995 from the University of Pittsburgh, followed by a Master of Science in Nursing in 2003 from the University of Maryland at Baltimore. She later returned to the University of Pittsburgh to obtain her Doctor of Nursing Practice in 2018.

Ms. Martello has made significant contributions to the field of nursing through her publications in several peer-reviewed journals and presentations at national conferences. Her professional interests and passions lie in assisting patients to live well while managing chronic conditions such as COPD, asthma, sleep apnea, and other chronic lung disorders.

In addition to her clinical practice, Ms. Martello dedicates her time as a peer reviewer for The Journal for Nurse Practitioners and actively volunteers with the American Red Cross Disaster Health Services team in the North Texas region. During her leisure time, she enjoys outdoor activities, reading, exploring new places, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Rachel Bell, MSN, APRN, FNP-C is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP). She is credentialed through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Rachel earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (2006) and her Master of Science in Nursing (2013) at Texas Woman’s University in Dallas, TX.  She began her nursing career in 2006 as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department at Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas. She later became a Lung Transplant Coordinator at UT Southwestern. There, she found her passion for Transplant Medicine which led her to earn her degree as a Nurse Practitioner. Prior to joining the team at Texas Lung Care, Rachel worked for three years as an NP in Family Medicine before returning to the Lung Transplant Program at UT Southwestern where she assisted in expanding advanced lung disease care to underserved areas of the Texas and New Mexico.

Dr. Veley received his medical degree from the Ross University School of Medicine in 2001, completed his Internal Medicine Residency at the University of Connecticut John Dempsey Medical Center in 2004, and his fellowship in Pulmonary, Sleep and Critical Care at the Mount Sinai Medical Center, NYC, in 2007. Along the way, he has collaborated with fellow medical professionals in conducting research on various ground breaking studies in COPD patients that he has published in several peer-reviewed medical journals. He has also lectured on patient care safety, intra-hospital transport of critically-ill patients, and other important topics in several medical conferences and universities. He is a Fellow of the American College of Chest Physicians. Concurrently, Dr. Veley served as Assistant Professor with the Texas A&M University College of Medicine and is a faculty assistant professor at Indiana University School of Medicine.

Dr. Veley has established himself as an expert in managing cases involving patients with lung nodules, interstitial lung disease, sarcoidosis and various pulmonary infections. He has a broad following who seek his expertise in addressing COPD, asthma, chronic cough, bronchiectasis, occupational lung disease as well as sleep apnea., with a special area of interest in the early detection of lung cancer. Dr. Veley has advanced training in interventional pulmonology, including bronchoscopy techniques for diagnosing lung cancer and evaluating lung nodules, such as Endobronchial Ultrasound Guided biopsy (EBUS) and state-of-the-art Robotic Navigational Bronchoscopy.
