Mental health plays a vital role in physical, emotional, and spiritual health. I specialize in anxiety, depression, excessive worrying, and dealing with life stressors. Life stressors can include relationships, divorce, raising children, jobs, school, or coping with a chronic illness. There is one thing that is guaranteed and that is life is unpredictable and we all need some help at some point in our lives.
Over the last 25 years as a nurse practitioner, I recognized that mental health was being unrecognized and untreated especially in areas of pain and chronic illness.
