Taymil Partners LLC, formed in 2002 by Steven Astrove, began as a startup investment firm and has since expanded to a fully integrated multifamily investment and property management company owning properties throughout New England. Over its almost two decade history, Taymil has owned and operated approximately 3,500 apartment units in five of the six New England states. Taymil's current portfolio consists of more than 2,250 apartment units with concentrations in Massachusetts, Maine, Rhode Island and Connecticut. Taymil focuses on value add investment opportunities by capitalizing on strategies developed by its skilled management team.
