Tara Wadlow, FNP, is a board-certified family medicine nurse practitioner who sees patients of all ages, from newborns to adults. She provides preventative care, such as annual adult and pediatric wellness exams, school and sports physicals, vaccinations and well-woman visits. She treats minor illnesses and injuries and acute and chronic conditions, including asthma, allergies, ADHD, anxiety, birth control, cold and flu symptoms, depression, high cholesterol, obesity, thyroid disease and more.

Tara's passion for caring for the whole family led her to become a family care provider. She finds joy in being there for her patients through pregnancy and beyond.
