As a business owner, I have the privilege of meeting many people and hearing their stories. This morning, I finalized a life insurance claim for a family, helped another client review retirement accounts, and then spent time with a longtime customer who recently lost his spouse. Taking a few minutes to reminisce with him and share how much I loved visiting with his wife was such a blessing. Getting to know my customers and their families is the best part of what I do. It means I celebrate your joys, grieve your losses, and feel it deeply when someone is no longer here to talk with. That connection is what makes this work so meaningful.
