Edward D. Tantleff graduated Magna Cum Laude from the State University of New York, at Binghamton with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Management in 1989 and also graduated from Brooklyn Law School Cum Laude in 1992.

Matthew R. Kreinces graduated from the University of Maryland in 1990 with a Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting. He then graduated from Brooklyn Law School in 1993 and began his career with the firm of Damashek, Godosky & Gentile, P.C. This firm specialized in the areas of personal injury, medical malpractice and products liability.
