TLC Pool and Spa Services LLC

If I could give this ZERO STARS I would. They were a complete WASTE of time, don’t bother with calling them. I told them all I knew about my pool, sent them pictures, and talked to them multiple times. They said they had all the equipment, could supply any parts needed, and complete everything without issues. They came to my house (after I waited all day and wasted my time) and stated they couldn’t do anything for me because they don’t work with these types of pools. I SENT THEM MULTIPLE PICTURES OF MY POOL. They told me to fill up my pool (it was about 1/2 full) so I spend about 10 hours filling it up — so now I will have a 3,500 gallon water bill to pay, of course they won’t pay for it. Only for the manager to suggest that I should now drain the pool and refill it because how green it was. WHICH THEY KNEW ABOUT, from me telling them and because it I SENT THEM MULTIPLE PICTURES. They left me with some chemicals, I was hoping out of the goodness of their hearts and for wasting my time and money only for the manager to say she was only going to refund my money (for the job they didn’t complete) AFTER they picked up the chemicals. I had to demand a time out of her as well so I wasn’t wasting more of my time waiting for their company to show up. She wanted me to place hundreds worth of pool chemicals in the drive way for pick up. And I’m sure if they went missing I would have been charged too. She blamed it on it being their “busy season” and blamed the poor lady who schedules these services even when I told her she went to ask the pool technician for their help and opinion.

The ONLY thing I got out of this is stress, irritation, a high water bill, and a whole bunch of wasted time I can’t get back.

I also talked to another pool company about this situation, shared the same information but didn’t send her pictures and they were upset for me that they did this to me and my family. I might as well not even open the pool at this point because everyone is so backed up these days.
