A little about me:

My name is Tammy McMillion. I’m a board certified Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with 15 years of experience in psychiatric nursing, working with adults in acute care settings and outpatient clinics. I also served in the US Navy during Desert Storm and worked for several years in the Arizona Department of Corrections psychiatric unit. My medication management philosophy is to get the best response with the least amount. I entered this field because so many of the providers that I saw personally, never really looked up from the chart. I didn't feel listened to. I strive to make every patient feel seen and heard.
