This clinic is self-pay, no unexpected charges or insurance confusion. All fees are published on the website and discussed prior to treatment.
*I am considered a non-participating provider with Medicare/Medicaid. If you (or your child) are on Medicare, Medicaid, Forward Health, Badger Care, etc - please contact me prior to your appointment. There are rules/regulations/limitations in place for patients with these benefits that may restrict my ability to provide care for you.
