Business Information
We understand bringing a child or guest to your appointment may be convenient; however at Sweetwater Institute of Cosmetology BOTH present a safety and crowding hazard. We are at maximum capacity with enrolled students and a guest per student.
We do not have space to allow for a companion or accompanying child;
nor the space for strollers, infant carriers, or minor children that may require assistance. Our students are working in close quarters with sharp implements, very hot tools, various chemicals, and other equipment. We do not have an area set aside for childcare, nor staff/students designated for childcare. Our students are trying their very best to learn and demonstrate professional skills. Out of respect for our guests that would appreciate a student's full attention; and, in compliance with insurance codes-
we will have to reschedule any appointment that fails to comply with "no guest/ no accompanying child" policy
