This company did a controlled burn next to our property. We ended up with approximately ten acres of damage to our land, loss of trees, wide roads cut all over and five foot high dirt embankments. When asked to flatten the land back out, remove road ways and remove pushed trees; was told by Paul, "I don't do free lunches". In other words- he wasn't fixing the damage he caused.
Also note that they removed (pushed) two rows of planted pines to dig their fire lane on our property, not the property they had permission to burn. If I had not walked back to see our property, I would have never known as no one had the decency to contact us.
Both the property manager and Paul had my business card so no excuses.
If you have good morals and ethics, I would not hire this company because they do not.
