SureCare Connections is a nurse-led care organization serving families across Miami-Dade County from our Cutler Bay office. Our Adult Day Training program gives adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities a safe, engaging place to build life skills, stay active, and make friends, with daily activities in art, cooking, health, sports, and community outings. We also provide home care support, caregiver guidance, group home staffing support, Caregiver Connection Circle resources, and Live Scan fingerprinting. Founded and led by Tanise Bethel-Guerra, RN, SureCare was built on lived experience and real nursing insight into what families face when care gets complicated. AHCA License #30212748.
