This company has absolutely the worst customer service. Sold us a device which we were promised local repair in case of breakdown. No such repair service existed. Instead we were told to ship a 200 plus pound laser device back to Florida from New Jersey. Olek wanted us to film it while we packed it and spend about $500-700 just to ship one way. Nasty miserable unhelpful crew. This machine broke down three times in two and a half years. We bought a new laser which is backed by a real company. Supra Medical is based on very many unfulfilled promises. Stay far away from this undesirable group. A bad reputation amongst the medical industry.
