We've been growing and harvesting fresh herbs right here in the San Joaquin Valley for over 30 years, and partner with world-class growers around the globe to grow high-quality specialty vegetables. We harvest our herbs and vegetables at optimal ripeness then quickly flash-freeze at our Turlock, CA facility – preserving peak farm fresh flavor. We sell our IQF Herbs and Frozen Specialty Vegetables to food manufacturers that produce many of your favorite retail foods. Our Culinary and R&D teams also leverage our herbs and vegetables to develop premium, cold-processed, herb-vegetable blends and culinary pastes & sauces for award-winning restaurants and foodservice operations across North America.
