Over forty years a patron 600ft from my home .Everyday all day they knew I played same ten keno 2 go numbers the same way cash and replay. Joseph the first lottery playing employee was monitoring my gameplay. On a summer day my number or the overhead screen during a cash replay transaction he switched my ticket knowing I was injured and defenseless cashed it and performed Iike a Moran after my compliant. Never answered with the truth, a lie or an alibi to justify this despicable crime. Sunoco's response was no response at all. Aggressive as a defiant giant they ignored my complaint and allowed a fellow countryman to carry on as if nothing happen disrespecting American values. Bait and switched under Sunoco's gateway for dishonest merchants to operate under sign with no control or influence of customer first policies. A privately owned Sunoco can liberties worse enemy!
