The full experience was absolutely terrible. We got home and the kids were really excited to eat. They opened their sub and there was about 3 slices of ham total on the footlong sandwich...then they noticed it was ice cold and not toasted like it was supposed to be. I went to open my sandwich and there is no lettuce on the sandwich, no ranch on the sandwich...mind you this is a Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwich. The bacon looks like it was just found in the back of a fridge from months ago. Its limp and ice cold. The chicken is ice cold. The sandwich is just sad and pathetic. We ended up making supper at home and not eating the food. It was extremely disappointing. We tried to call back into the restaurant and the person actually answered on the 5th time that we called. He let us start to explain what was going on and then hung up. We then called back thinking that we maybe lost connection, just to hear them pickup and hang the phone up again. This happened multiple times and eventually we just gave up. This may honestly be the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life at a fast-food establishment. What makes things worse is that there is no phone number to get ahold of anyone, so basically, I am charged for food no one ate and obviously the store does not care.
