The stroller was very new. Could tell it had just been cleaned. No crumbs, no chocolate, no stains. The rental stroller was a nice surprise.

I first reserved a stroller back last year and one day before the hurricane hit we decided to not go. I expected to lose my $55. To my surprise two days later we received an email saying that they were sorry we missed our stroller reservation due to the storm and here is a refund for the $55 you paid. Call in the future if you would like to book again. I did book again for January and the stroller rental experience was spot on. ew strollers in perfect condition, a friendly delivery stage and easy phone reservation, all positive experiences! I rented this city mini Disney stroller rental because my son didn't even want to get into the ones they rent at the park. Not to mention they were heavy as all heck and had zero storage. They were like the tanks of strollers. The city mini we rented from Stroller Rental Orlando was much nicer and had tons of storage. It even laid back flat so he could take a nap.

Disney Stroller Rental went out of their way to ensure a rental stroller was delivered to my hotel last minute when mine stopped folding. I am extremely impressed with the efficiency of their operation. I called in last minute, the last at the other end of the phone told me she would send someone to me next, and within 20 minutes the guy was knocking on my hotel door with the stroller.
