In the past 24 hours we have…… Hung tarps on roofs Boarded up broken windows Cut up and removed trees Provided portable chargers to re charge customers cell phones Hooked up generators Visited customers homes to make sure they were ok Delivered pizza’s Placed customers with temporary housing who’s houses are unlivable, or that have medical conditions that require electricity. Answered HUNDREDS of calls Reserved DOZENS of rental vehicles Are we exhausted? YUP! Are we filthy & smell really bad? YUP! Are our hearts full? YUP! YUP! What we have witnessed in this community is unbelievable. Neighbors helping neighbors…..city workers, national grid, spectrum & out of town power supply workers from ALL OVER working 24/7 to help get power restored, clean up and make our community whole again, it’s truly humbling We see you all out there, and from THE BOTTOM OF OUR HEARTS we THANK YOU!!

Since the tornado this team has…. -Answered 344 phone calls -Helped assist and submit 113 claims (and they’re still coming in) -Walked miles and miles with me going door to door checking on our customers and providing assistance. So we took our office training meeting to Delta Lake Inn for lunch today. It was so nice to take a 45 minute breather and enjoy some good food (we’ve lived off of cold pizza for the past 3 days…lol) Thank you to my team…who stayed late until 8:30pm Tuesday night helping get customers hotels who had lost their homes & setting up rental cars, and by Tuesday morning had a whiteboard going to keep track of each and every customer affected to continue to check in with them. They have gotten bombarded and they have handled it all with grace. I am so lucky to have them! PS-the tornado was on Jaime’s 3rd day of work - welcome to the team! (she didn’t run away yet)!!!

Help us wish Renee a HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!! We celebrated yesterday at the office with lunch from Fuji & spoiled Renee with all her favorite things…books, candles, yummy smelling spa stuff, a picnic blanket and a massage gift certificate! Happy Birthday Renee! Thank you for all that you do for our customers, we couldn’t do it without you!!!

Sunday traditions Today was the perfect day for one of our Sunday traditions: Fried meatballs, spinach roll and Italian pastries! So we went and visited one of our favorite places Rosa's Trattoria: Italian Bakery & Deli We’re so excited they are open on Sundays now!

Didn’t someone say child labor laws don’t count if it’s a family business?!?! We needed extra help with the 78 phone calls we got today, desperate times call for desperate measures!

The girls spoiled me for “Boss’s Day” yesterday! My favorite breakfast..Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups & an ornament (yes…I know I have a problem…lol), gift cards to my favorite places & delicious lunch from the Franklin Hotel! I’m so lucky to have the team I have!!!

Jen hit her sales goals and won the cruise to Bermuda that I was offering!! We are so excited for her! Please help me wish her the best time ever!!!! AND….remind her that she can’t stay in Bermuda and she MUST come back to us!! Have an amazing cruise Jen & we can’t wait to see all the pictures!

Things have been a little stressful here since the tornado….so Jen & Jaime have cast some spells to get things back in order….Steph took care of the rest!!! HAPPY HALLOWEEN

Santa day!!! Last year was a HUGE success! The kids had such a great time & the pictures were ADORABLE!! Make sure to reserve your time spot by emailing the address. Pictures are taken by me and e mailed to you so you’re able to print or post as you like, so you only need to worry about bringing the kids & having fun!!!

Please help us to wish Jaime a HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!! We got to spoil her today with Symeon’s lunch, new sneakers, a new bedset, a candle, throw pillows, a gift card to get her nails done and beautiful flowers from her husband! We’re so happy that she joined our team. She’s only been here 4 months and it’s amazing how much she has learned and grown! We look forward to what the future holds! Happy Birthday Jaime!!!

We had someone you might know in the office today! 174 kids came to visit and it was a BLAST…..and he confirmed that we’re all on the GOOD LIST!!

Wow!!!! In 1 day we’ve collected 51 boxes of pasta! You guys are AWESOME!!! We still have 5 more days to go!!!! If you have a box of pasta you would like to donate we would LOVE to take it off your hands to donate to The Neighborhood Center to help families in our communities this holiday season.

We’re up to 168 boxes of pasta for The Neighborhood Center. Keep them coming!!! You guys are AWESOME!!!!

The Neighborhood center was in need of about 500 boxes, I said to them “we can probably get 100”….never in my wildest dreams did I think we would get 324 boxes in 4 days!!!! But that’s what makes our community so great, they come through for others We are still collecting through Sunday, there is a red tote on our porch you can leave your donation in over the weekend. Again, we can’t thank you all enough!!!!
