Dr. Forrest describes herself as an energetic and compassionate physician who loves coming to work every day. Her favorite part of being a pediatrician is watching children grow up, from meeting them at birth to seeing them graduate high school. Dr. Forrest is a strong advocate of proper nutrition and physical activity because they are keys to living a healthy life. Growing up, she admired her own doctor and knew at age 11 that she wanted to be a pediatrician. Outside of work, Dr. Forrest and her husband, Chris, enjoy spending time with their children. She also likes reading, running, camping, hiking, baking, crafting and cheering for the Seattle Seahawks, the Carolina Panthers and the Demon Deacons.
