Step Stone Counseling is an outpatient therapy practice in Gillette, WY helping adults, teenagers, couples, and families build lasting mental wellness. Our licensed team provides individual, group, couples, and family counseling, intensive outpatient (IOP) and recovery groups, and ASI assessments for substance misuse. We treat anxiety, depression, stress, grief, relationship issues, and life transitions with compassionate, evidence-based care. In-person and telehealth sessions are available across Wyoming and Colorado. Sliding-scale options and CareCredit accepted.
