Standard Mortgage has established relationships with credible investors including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, and other to originate and service mortgage loans secured by single-family properties. These investors provide strong, reliable capital sources, allowing us to finance all property types and deal structures. Our in-house staff includes mortgage bankers, accountants, underwriters, and loan servicing specialists.
