Dr. Sri Bathini received her undergraduate degree from Virginia Commonwealth University in Spanish and Biology and stayed at VCU for medical school. She completed her Internal Medicine Residency at the University of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore, followed by a Hematology and Oncology fellowship at O’Neal Comprehensive Cancer Center at the University of Alabama Birmingham College of Medicine. Dr. Bathini was heavily involved in research and medical education throughout her training and has numerous research publications and presentations in many areas of hematology and oncology.
