Spirited Wellness LLC is the brain child of Christina Averhart. The concept came about as a way to help new families begin their lives together in a supportive and loving environment. Spirited Wellness aims to provide relaxation during the prenatal period, and rest during the postnatal period, for both parents. This is achieved through massage, yoga, lactation counseling and traditional African/African American healing rituals, and more.
