They said SUV was ready and completed so I paid them they gave me the keys ,I notice front end is higher than the rear, I was told it still needed the alignment their machine was or just got broke before my got done, so I was going to go two blocks down the road to get it aligned, I went to drive it away and I noticed something fel wrong like the tire was grinding on the wheel well, so I stop and pulled back in ad parked it, they watched tgus take place but took 15 minutes to get someone to come explain and see what that was , and a employee came out and says looks like something is bent, well I took the hub cover off the center of rim to see the main nut that holds the whole front wheel on the axle that goes throught the wheel hub , anyway they left tgat big nut loose, finger tight, if I would have continued to drive it the wheel would have fell off and cause a wreck or killed me or someone else. The ower came out and said he'd make it right, hours went by ower called said it was fixed and he aligned it it was good to go. Front end still higher than the rear, steering wheel was off center, something still was wrong, only half of my old parts were saved as i request to keep the parts being replaced, i had a upper lower control arm kit with ball joints and tyrod outer ends both sides. I call a few days later to bring it in they said call back or to set up appointment, i was leaving out of state in 3 days forva few months, so on the phonevthey I said thats fine for me to get back to themwhen i returned .
So months later I'm back the suv was in secured property, while i was out of town , only a 100 or so miles were put on it when i took it to them they say its my problem not their, ford dealership looked and inspected my suv, and seen all the mistakes from the previous work done on it and call speedy brakes to confront them on the damages done and parts that need replaced because of the work speedy brakes did, they said after it left theshop it was tampered with so they refused and are refusing to accept responsibility for their poor work ethics
Stay away from that place that is all I CAN SAY IS STAY AWAY!!!
