Southwest Care was founded in 1996 to meet the broader healthcare needs of the Santa Fe and Albuquerque communities. Our focus has always been on providing evidence-based, compassionate, whole-person care in a judgment-free environment. That includes our patients' physical, emotional, social, and environmental needs. An interdisciplinary team of doctors, advanced-practice clinicians, nurses, pharmacists, behavioral health professionals, and support staff provides comprehensive primary care and specialized health services tailored to each patients needs. We ensure that patients from all walks of life, including the economically, socially, and culturally vulnerable, have access to exceptional medical care-regardless of their ability to pay.
