Southern Title and Abstract has over 75 years combined experience in the real estate closing industry. As a full time, hands-on owners, Hugh Crenshaw and Millie Crenshaw recognize the value of professionalism, knowledge and responsibility. Southern Title and Abstract services the entire State of Florida. We maintain memberships with the Better Business Bureau of Orlando and Florida Association of Mortgage Brokers. We are some of the precious few whom, years ago, learned the closing industry by hand, thus providing us the knowledge and skill that comes from many years of experience. To insure your privacy, all work areas are protected with key-pad locks, and all documents and copies are shredded by a certified document shredding company. We also maintain our own in-house document imaging system, allowing us immediate access to your file at a moments notice, whether that is one, five or ten years from now. We offer covered wheelchair access to better serve our community.
