Eric and his team replaced our roof a little over a year ago (May 2021). The experience at first was great. The experience with his crew was great. Our roof looked fantastic and I was very pleased with everything. His crew left a place peaked in the roof that Eric stated was for a vent to be placed...that he would have someone come out to put the vent up the next week. That week turned into months. Eric became impossible to get ahold of. Eventually, in April (2022), he came out almost an entire year later and placed the vent himself.

Fast forward to now...a few months after he came back to place the vent and now I notice our ceiling paint peeling away upstairs. That felt REALLY odd since the ceilings were just painted a few years ago. I went upstairs to inspect and the sheetrock has a giant water stain and the paint just started falling off as it was touched. I sent my husband to the attic to inspect and he can see in the roof where a vent wasn't put in correctly and water has been coming in from that vent and into our attic.

We have attempted multiple times this evening to contact Eric, but he dodges every single call or text. If this issue does not get fixed, we will be seeking legal action and I hate to do that after what felt like such a great initial experience. We have a leaking roof that is causing a lot of damage to our home. We are trying to get the roof fixed and give them the opportunity to make it right before we have to seek further action.

Do not use this company. They don't stick by their word or their product and when there are issues, they tuck and run and hide. I left my review on their FB page last night and the entire page has since been deleted.
