Located off of Camelback & 19th Ave, our medical lab is located inside the Camelwest Plaza building and serves patients in and around Phoenix’s Alhambra neighborhood. Choose from a full range of lab services, including routine blood tests and My Lab ReQuest™, a service that allows you to order your own lab tests.

Save time on your next visit by scheduling an appointment! You can also walk in during our normal business hours at the time that’s most convenient for you. We look forward to serving you!
