I had an amazing experience with sono Bello! I had a fantastic sergen and nurse the day of my surgery. Kat was my other nurse at pre op she was so kind and helpful. Excellent customer service from the employees and staff. I feel very satisfied with the cost and the results. I would definitely recommend sono Bello to family and friends. The only problem I?d say about my experience is the appointment time changes that came up during this process. I would receive phone calls several times to reschedule the time of an already set appointment. That was frustrating. But other then that I?m happy and ready to start my new life with my new body!

My experience today with Mary was great she was very attentive and answered all my questions. She was the reason why i decided to do the procedures i elected for. she convinced me that the doctor and his team of staff are excellent, and that i am in good hands from procedure to recovery. Mary is a wonderful staff and an asset to the company. she promotes Sono bello as if she owns it. She is a very happy employee and it reflects positively in her Job performance. That is why i give her 5 star. And i hope the Sono bello corporation will recognize her too.

The doctor and nurses were very professional and extremely kind. They have kept me updated on what to expect week to week. Any questions I have they answer completely.

My representative was very informative and honest, along with the RN I saw for my pre and post OP and Dr. Steele. However, during my surgery, the comfort level of reassurance was not comforting from Dr. Steele and the nurse present at the time. I do and will still recommend SonoBello to friends and family. I also think the doctor did a fantastic job, but I was in a lot of pain with no reassurance and only demands to "keep my hands away and legs down!" Bedside manner needs to be adjusted.

We were greeted as soon as we walked in with smiles and friendliness. The receptionist walked me through the paperwork with an explanation for each page I was signing. Dawn (consultant), is absolutely wonderful. She explained the process, procedures, and expectations. Bubbly personality and very knowledgeable.
