Martha Sierra is the founder of Sierra Behavioral Therapy (SBT). She is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst with a Master’s degree in ABA specializing in autism, working closely with both kids and adults, and enriching her practice with diverse perspectives and heartwarming stories along the way.
Her philosophy is in always embracing the new and unfamiliar. Dedicated to advancing the field and challenging both clients and herself to explore new horizons and embrace growth, SBT was born from a dream: to craft a space where individuals with autism shine, learning and thriving while being UNAPOLOGETICALLY themselves. Inclusivity isn’t just our policy; it’s our passion.
