Known for its 18-hour, 100% pork-bone, house-made ramen, Shimuja Ramen is the brainchild of Japanese-born chef Keiichi Maemura and managing partner Yoko Takarada. Choose from a variety of ramen styles, like the classic Shoyu Ramen or our special Kagoshima-style ramen. We also offer tasty appetizers like onigiri and refreshing drinks. Our ramen restaurant is located inside the new Julia and Henry's Food Hall on the 3rd Floor at 200 E Flagler St, Miami, FL 33131.
