I welcome those who want to improve their mental health. At some point in life, most every one can use the support of a mental healthcare provider.
You may have anxiety, depression, relationship issues, mood disorders, PTSD, ADHD, grief, managing a chronic illness, or other mental concerns. We will work together to determine a diagnosis and treatment plan. Your treatment plan may include psychotherapy sessions and/or psychotherapeutic medications.
I offer a safe, secure, confidential, and nonjudgmental environment. I will work with you to identify both problems and solutions. We will develop a plan that brings you more peace of mind and joy and to empower you to reach your full potential.
