I am a licensed associate counselor, licensed art therapist, and certified autism specialist. I have been a practicing counselor/therapist for 10 years in a variety of environments including schools, addiction recovery, and behavioral health. Most of my experience involves working with depression, anxiety, and autism spectrum disorder. I utilize a variety of modalities with a person-centered approach including DBT, art therapy, rational-emotive therapy, and narrative therapy. Therapy is a team effort, and building a strong therapeutic rapport is my primary goal.
