I was raised in Tampa, Florida and graduated cum laude from the University of Florida (Go Gators!) with a bachelor’s degree in biology. I pursued a year of research at the University of Florida, then attended medical school at the University of Central Florida College of Medicine. During my undergraduate years, my family moved to Atlanta, Georgia and I decided to follow them for my OBGYN residency training at Wellstar Kennestone Regional Medical Center in Atlanta. I worked as a general OBGYN for 4 years at Wellstar Cobb Hospital in Austell, GA before we moved out here to beautiful Fort Collins, CO! I am certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.

I have known I wanted to be an OBGYN since I was eight years old, when I decided I wanted to be the first doctor to deliver a baby in outer space! As I got older, I decided it was best to keep my feet on earth, but my passion for women’s health only grew stronger as I went through my medical training. I love caring for women throughout all stages of their lives, and I am especially passionate about minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, obstetrics, and providing individualized evidenced based medicine to my patients. I believe that each woman should feel empowered to make medical decisions that work best for themselves and their families.

Outside of work I enjoy hiking, rock climbing, skiing, and breathtaking sunsets along the Rocky Mountains. I love spending quality time with my husband, son, and our sweet dog Cora. I truly feel blessed to call this place home!
