You’ll hear a lot of talk about your “best self” and how important it is to bring that person out at every opportunity but what if it just isn’t that easy? For a lot of people, their best selves are hiding behind a veil of self-doubt and insecurity that’s slow build up over years of dissatisfaction with their bodies. Plastic surgery allows us to have the body we have always wanted. Instagram models make it look easy (many have had plastic surgery), but most people don’t have the same amount of time to work out or the genetics to keep the extra fat off. For many people, they need a bit of extra help to bring out that version of themselves they can be proud of.
