There are so many unique qualities about Scruggs Harbor. The cottages were built in the early 1900's and are on a landmark beachfront property with tons of private parking. We are very family oriented and encourage our guests to have friends and family over to experience the awesomeness of this place. We have an incredible return rate and many families have raised their children through the years by vacationing here at Scruggs Harbor- many memories are built on great times spent here. There is a freedom and spaciousness here that is unlike most places and when people experience the feeling they get from being here they return year after year. Scruggs Harbor has become a tradition. Many an artist has filled their canvas with the quaintness and authenticity of this place. The paintings of these cottages have gone around the world and appeared in many calendars and postcards.
